PlayStation News: Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered 30 Day Early Access Starts Today

VideoGame News: Call of Duty Infinite Warfare Beta Dates Revealed

Hot off the worldwide reveal at Call of Duty XP, the wait will soon be over for fans itching to get their hands on with Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s multiplayer. Those who have pre-ordered the game on PlayStation 4 will be able to join the beta first, starting at 6pm UK on Friday, 14th October.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare multiplayer allows you to customise your play like never before, with the fast paced gameplay that Call of Duty is known for, giving you more ways to optimise weapons and gear to your personal style of play. Infinite Warfare introduces the most advanced tools of war: combat rigs, high-tech equipment and unique prototype weapons.  Everything – including weapons, equipment, lethals and tacticals – has been built for a variety of play styles, where you have the power to combine them however you want. Movement in Infinite Warfare multiplayer builds from the fluid, momentum-based system of Call of Duty: Black Ops III and is evolved to custom-fit the new combat that will still feel familiar to any Call of Duty player.

The beta will continue on Friday, 21st October at 6pm UK for fans who have pre-ordered the game on either PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, and conclude on Monday, 24th October  at 6pm UK. The beta’s content will be announced in the coming weeks, so stay tuned.

Destiny fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the latest expansion pack , ‘Rise of Iron’ and Bungie has now announced that the time at which the  expansion will go live in Destiny for Players. Posting on their weekly update on the Bungie.net website, this was posted:

‘Rise of Iron is planned to become available at 2:00 AM PDT (9:00 UTC) on September 20th, 2016. Destiny Player Support will be on standby to assist throughout the launch of Destiny: Rise of Iron, and beyond.’

Today, Activision and Infinity Ward released a brand new story trailer gives fans a glimpse into the narrative featured in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s rich story campaign. The game returns to the roots of the series for a classic war story that, for the first time in franchise history, extends beyond the reaches of Earth into the vast expanse of our solar system.

The trailer also features the first in-game footage of actor Kit Harington, who plays Admiral Salen Kotch of the Settlement Defense Front, and UFC fighter Conor McGregor, who plays Captain Bradley Fillion of the Settlement Defense Front.

 

Additionally, fans can pre-order the game to get access to the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Multiplayer Beta that begins October 14, first on PlayStation 4.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Multiplayer combines a fluid momentum-based movement system, player-focused map design, and deeper levels of combat customization to create an intense gameplay experience where every second counts.

Activision also revealed that Jackal Assault, the first-ever Call of DutyPlayStation®VR experience, will be offered to Call of Duty: Infinite Warfareplayers on PS4 as a free, added bonus. Jackal Assault immerses fans in the cockpit and puts them in control of a Jackal, the personal fighter jet in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Fans attending Call of Duty XP will get the chance to play Jackal Assault on-site at the event.

Bungie and Activision announced today one of the largest content offerings in gaming to launch this year – Destiny The Collection.  Containing every release from the award-winning action shooter franchise to date, including the new large expansion, Destiny: Rise of Iron, Destiny The Collection is the perfect opportunity for new Guardians to join the fight for humanity’s survival.

VideoGame News: TRANSFORMERS Fall of Cybertron Launches on PS4 and Xbox One

Activision Publishing, Inc. has brought the third-person shooter TRANSFORMERS: Fall of Cybertron to PlayStation 4  and Xbox One. The acclaimed action game is available today on the PlayStation Store and Xbox Games Store, respectively, and features all of the DLC packs originally released for the title, as well as complete competitive and cooperative online multiplayer.

Taking place during the final dark days of the home planet of Hasbro’s TRANSFORMERS characters, TRANSFORMERS: Fall of Cybertron’s gripping single-player campaign lets players experience the apocalyptic war between the noble AUTOBOTS and devious DECEPTICONS from both sides of the conflict. Take command of multiple fan-favourite characters with unique abilities and conversions– including OPTIMUS PRIME, MEGATRON, BUMBLEBEE, GRIMLOCK, BRUTICUS and STARSCREAM – on a thrilling adventure through Cybertron’s massive battlefield environments. The game also features a number of fast and explosive online modes, including competitive multiplayer for up to 12 players and the wave-based Escalation mode for teams of up to four.
